We are pleased to announce that the Friend of the Sea certification of OLVEA Fish Oils, obtained in April 2011, has been renewed on the 6th of October 2014. This certification attests that the fish oil of OLVEA Fish Oils is coming from sustainable fishing.

In the production of our Omega-3 fish oils, we use fishes from certified supply chains, in compliance with the European Regulations. Those fishes are caught by Friend of the Sea-approved purse seiners, with no impact to the seabed. We have a rigorous sustainability management policy in place. We source our fish oils in geographical zones where the fish stocks have been monitored and assessed by the FAO (Food and Agricultural Organisation of the United Nations) as sustainable.
Our supply chain is closely monitored from the purchase order to the final destination using HACCP methods to provide sanitary and safety insurance to our customers.
