Following the closure of the IFIS standard initiated by the certification bodies’s members of the IFSA (International Feed Safety Alliance), OLVEA Fish Oils has decided to certify its quality system according to the standard GMP+ Safety Assurance, applicable to its sites based in Normandy.
GMP+ Feed Safety Assurance is a complete module for the assurance of feed safety in all the links of the feed chain.. Multiple components have been integrated into the GMP+ FSA module, such as requirements for the quality management system (ISO 9001), HACCP, product standards, traceability, monitoring, prerequisites programmes, chain approach and the Early Warning System.

Since February 2016, OLVEA Fish oils has been certified GMP+ FSA thanks to the involvement of all its teams.
